1How quickly can I take a first payment?
Once your keys are issued, most integrations complete a test transaction within the hour, by plugin or by REST API.
2When do I receive my money?
Payouts arrive the next business day on every model. They are made by the payment partner; Oltaris shows each transfer with its statement.
3Which currencies, countries and methods are covered?
135+ currencies, 45+ countries and 20+ payment methods, including major card schemes and local methods.
4Is there a setup fee or a minimum term?
No. There is no setup fee, no fixed term, and the platform rate is published on the pricing page.
5How are transactions protected?
Card data is handled by the payment partner's PCI DSS-compliant infrastructure, data held by Oltaris is encrypted with 256-bit AES, and every transaction is screened for fraud before authorisation.
6Is Oltaris a bank or a payment institution?
No. Oltaris LLC is a software company: it supplies the checkout, dashboard, API and SDKs. It is not a bank, payment institution, money transmitter or money services business, and it never holds, transmits or settles funds.
7Who holds the funds?
Payment processing, currency conversion, the holding of funds, settlement, payouts and reserves are performed by regulated third-party payment providers and acquiring partners under their own terms. Oltaris never holds, transmits or settles funds.
