Rates are platform fees charged by Oltaris LLC for the use of the software, quoted in euro per successful transaction. Payouts, rolling reserves and any holds are applied by the regulated payment partner that processes and settles the funds, under its own terms; the reserve shown for Model S is the level it applies by default, and the level for Models P and E is agreed with it. Oltaris never holds, transmits or settles funds.
