1. Operator of this website

This website and the Oltaris platform are operated by Oltaris LLC, trading as Oltaris.

2. Nature of the service

Oltaris LLC is a software company. It supplies a checkout, a dashboard, an API and SDKs through which merchants offer payment to their customers, screen transactions, calculate tax, view reporting and track disputes. Payment processing, currency conversion, the holding of funds, settlement, payouts and reserves are performed by regulated third-party payment providers and acquiring partners under their own terms. Oltaris never holds, transmits or settles funds. Oltaris LLC is not a bank, payment institution, money transmitter or money services business and does not provide financial services.

3. Governing law

The use of this website is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Disputes arising from it are subject to the courts located in Kentucky, as set out in the Terms of service (6.2).
